However, don't show up too early and make them feel like they have to rush cuz that's not great either. Best to.just be right on time.

I've always been that person that's the first to show up, always the earliest. But I never try to rush others. I just prefer being early rather than chancing running late.

Except if they never feel the need to actually bring it up then you don't actually need to change because they obviously accept that flaw.
