Not all that simple for a toilet paper holder though....

That's not particularly simple, and it would take up too much room in the average bathroom.

it look like a lot of effort to put the toilet rolls on the holder tho???

I would guess that you can take the part with the toilet paper off of the wall mount and add new rolls from the top.
