This isn't well thought out. If the place is not a secret and people can go there and take pictures of the rhinos, then any potential poachers would probably know about it too. How can they know some of the tourists on safari are not really poachers casing the joint?
Safari parks tend to be very large or it may be a reserve. Poachers can pinpoint where the animals hang out, go in after dark, and lure the rhino out of the protected area. Or just sneak in and shoot in the park after dark.
