This is horrible. Millions of people died at the hands of one of the most evil men in the history of the world, and you guys continually make jokes about it. I laugh at dark humor too, but these kind of jokes are really too much. I know I sound like your grandmother, but those of you who made the jokes should be ashamed. This is completely disgraceful.

I fully understand where you are coming from. However, constantly being sad and depressed about it does no good for anyone. Jokes and humor are ways that people deal and cope with massive death and destruction. I had family members that died in the Holocaust. I know that it sucked miserably. I have gone to the Holocaust museum in DC, and I bawled my eyes out. I learned tocope with it by humor. Is it dark? Yes. Should I be saying it? Probably not. Will I stop? I doubt it. If jokes weren't made about it, and you read up on Nazi propaganda, you would be horrified. Go ahead. Read up on it. Then realize that humor is the only way to get through it.

You can laugh at dark humor. (let's say you laugh at 9/11; I'm not saying you do, but for the sake of this assumption let's say so) No one died in 9/11 that you knew, so you laugh about it. But my mom died, (also a stretch for this assumption) and you posted s 9/11 joke. You really think me, as one person, could stand up against literally hundreds of people and prevent every 9/11 post from being uploaded?

I understand what you guys are saying about dealing with that kind of a situation with humor, I just really don't see that as the case here. (With the possible exception of novelus). I think most of the comments were just people being insistence to those who have actually been hurt by it.
