How To Cook Eggs So The Shells Are Easy To Peel

This is common knowledge for me, am I the only one?

Oh! Now I know why I always mess up mine! I forgot to take a deep breath!

I just roll them on the counter after they are cooked so the shell cracks a lot and then you just peel it off.

Interesting. Wouldn't the water get into the egg though? Imma try it...
