Because tony and all siding with him believe that the avengers need to be regulated and I guess only do things that they're assigned to do. And cap and his team disagree
A summary my friend told me who read the comic:
1. Tony and his gang believes the confidentialality of other superheroes' identities should be revealed to public in order to garner more trust from the public.
2. Cap and his gang believe any superheroes' identity should be kept confidential for a chance to live a normal life.
From what I've heard Superman vs. Batman isn't that good of a movie. Then again its really hard to make a good superman movie, because the guy's freaking invincible (except for one rock that doesn't exist anywhere on earth, yet someone seems to keep finding somehow)
People! Enough with the Twilight bashing already! I enjoyed the books & the movies. There was nothing wrong with them. If you didn't like them, that's not a problem. No need to ridicule them just because they're not your cup of tea.
