It's alright, they'll be around for a long time you'll get a chance. I only got to try it once though, my friend's. I heard they're illegal in some areas (could be just rumors)

Even the articles like thishttp://www.theverge.com/2016/1/14/10766976/hoveboard-catching-fire-video-bluebritish that claim they have have video of an exploding hoverboard really only have video of it catching on fire randomly. Saying they "explode" is an exaggeration and pretty misleading. The thing isn't gonna blow your feet off whole you're riding it, but it is possible especially in cheap brands to have battery problems that cause it to catch on fire while riding or charging it.
