That's called the Cringe Gland. Everyone has one, it's located next to your memories of middle school because that's it's main source of power.

So yesterday my friend was talking to this guy and he likes her, and she was forwarding his messages to me to ask how to respond. And she suddenly started screaming, because she accidentally sent the messages for HIM and asked "what should I say now" AND I JUST WANTED TO PUT MY HEAD INTO A BLENDER.

I have a habit of fast forwarding past the awkward part.
