Color blindness wouldn't work this way...you don't see the same colors as everyone else but you are not going to see one color different every time you look at it. So you aren't going to see for instance blue as several different colors if blue looks green then it's just green. So you would still successfully be capable of doing a Rubiks Cube.

Some would still be darker than others and have slight differences

I got my best friend one for Christmas one year (he is color blind) he ended up whipping it at my face in frustration. That is how I ended up in the hospital a day after Christmas.

My colourblind friend got a Rubix cube as a gift once, but instead of different colours on the cube, there were different shapes on each square. :)
