No, she spends her time and money going to places to preach shit that she has no business in. Sure, myself, many people I know, (and evidently her) hate smokers, but we don't go around sprouting crap when we see them. That's why she has no money.
First hand smoke is when you are the smoker. You get affected the most.
Second hand smoke is when you're AROUND the smoker. This is still proven to have detrimental consequences to animals (people and rats and insects and other whatnot).
THIRD HAND smoke is the stuff that lingers when the smoker leaves. Some university students did a study on this and determined that this STILL can cause cancer (in mosquitoes or some other kind of flying insect).

Your argument is therefore invalid; they're fucking expensive if you're doing 3 packs a day and they affect the surrounding beings terribly. And it's repulsive. You could argue that alcohol is slightly better because the negative aura comes from the person who drinks, not from the alcohol itself.
I really couldn't care less about how bad it is for them. They kinda deserve their lungs to be tarred and charred, so I'm not gonna complain. It's the fact that the smoke lingers, and lingers, and lingers, and spreads, and lingers, and fucking goes EVERYWHERE that bothers me. I physically can't breath when I'm in a cloud of smoke. Interestingly enough, I breath easier in gas fumes...
