It's a different universe!!!!!!!! I'm sick of people who get upset that movies and tv shows aren't exactly like the comics. It is an alternate version of the characters. Its okay to be a little different it's no the end of the world

Yes it is, tgere is a giant "R" in the top right corner of the suit. Its dark and hard to see but its there.
