Who are they?

Seriously though, I have learned they are called 2CELLOS, they do seem to tour and this requires a bit more investigation on my part.
They are Croatian cellists. Their names are Stepjan Hauser and Luka Sulic and they've been doing some serious badassery for a while now. Check out their "Pula Arena" series of videos on Youtube where they cover AC/DC, NIN, Guns'n'Roses, Michael Jackson, Coldplay and a whole bunch of others in front of a live audience. Their Smooth Criminal cover is balls, and is mostly what put 'em on the map.
