True, you can gradually replace all parts in a PC and after a while it will be completely new and up to date.

what I'm saying is most people who use windows would just throw out the PC when it breaks, hardly anyone would replace the parts

Some people do. Most of my friends do it and I'm going to do it once my PC needs some refreshment.

It's definitely harder to fix a mac than it is to fix a PC, but it is possible. Not easy, though.

Both Windows and Apple can be repaired depending on what the damage is.
