Its actually surprisingly good. It was written by this guy who wanted to write about something, and got told by his gardener to write about the potato. It starts in the inca peroid, and tracks it through out histroy. It was also written in the early 1900's so it gets even better

I struggle to write a 1000 word assignment and this fucker can do this?!

Hope it includes serving potatoes with redcliff salmon....
