Double check these before you take a meme off the internet as fact... Not doubting this post in it's entirety, all of the things that it says your dog can't eat are there for the right reasons, but I'm not sure about everything else.

I don't think I'd doubt the citrus fruits, but all forms of grape definitely shouldn't be given to dogs

Grapes are raisins are definitely bad for them, though. Not sure about the other stuff.

Oranges are okay in moderation. One or two slices occasionally is good.
