Same here. I eat blocks of cheese quite often. Love cheese. Muenster and Colby Jack are my favorites.

I do love mozzerella. I use shredded mozzerella to make a lovely grilled cheese, tomato and bacon sandwich.

Actually we never do that. We put it on brown bread. We also don't eat whole blocks.
