Actually if they had 90 trillions worth of vibranium, then the u.s would deliver freedom to that african country immediately. Iam not vegan i have my steak with a side of steak and a glass of panther blood. But in all seriousness, those 90 trillion challa dollars did not show in the movie. He seemed perhaps 10 billions worth. With 90 trillion he would have caught the winter soldier before capt america could get to him. And also his country looked very poor.
