Yeah. I will never complain about the choice of heels again after having read up on that.

Then why not just wear small heels?

Some women prefer higher heels. Personally I can't wear them any higher than an inch or two, I don't care how great they make my legs or butt look.

Once upon a time I could run in 6 inch stilettos, but not anymore. I have arthritis and bone spurs in my SPINE and well as nerve damage and hip damage. Basically the only foot ware that doesn't cause me agony after 30 minutes memory form sneakers.

Say what! Your don't have to wear them if it hurts, right? This is the way it should be, for whatever reasons you may want to wear it, i think your bones are more important than that.

I am actually required to wear nice, non-flat shoes to work, both at the place a use to work, sales, and the place I should be starting soon, as a receptionist.

Non flat means some kind of elevated heal right?, it doesn't necessarily mean you have to wear high heels like 4-5 inches?? Or am i getting it wrong?

I love my heels. Most of mine are 4-6 inches and they're comfy as hell. Its was a little painfull in the beginning when i jumped from flat shoes to 6" heels but they don't bother me at all anymore
