Yeah, these products "for men", "for women", "for kids" etc usually exist to make people feel special, like they can buy something another group "isn't supposed to". Except for medicaments where it often makes sense, especially if there are hormones involved. Personally, I buy men's razors. They're a bit more expensive but last longer and are sharper, none of this "gentle and no cut" bullshit. I feel like women's razors are made for people who haven't learned how to shave in the first place.

I don't know anything about this product but I do know that men and women have different nutritional needs. I could see that maybe affecting the ingredients of toothpaste (i.e. women are more likely to suffer from a calcium deficit and teeth need calcium, so maybe something in the "For Women" toothpaste helps with that). Just a theory
