Back during the market collapse, I was going through some pretty serious hardcore job hunting, like most of us it seemed.
Every posting that I saw listed as "entry level," but required experience... I reported to the admin of the site for violating the terms of service for posting positions.
I also got pretty good at spotting MLM scams and fraud, even got a few taken down.
A good number of those type of listings are H1B scams. They legally have to try and fill the job with Americans first, so they post impossible or ridiculous job requirements. When no one in the U.S. meets those requirements, they bring in slave labor to fill the positions.
