I think it's actually a pretty clever idea. Makes everything he do take on a second layer.

But there's never been anything to suggest he was Hydra before. It's not even supported by its own canon.

I just think it's funny how Captain America spent almost his entire life kicking Hydra's ass and getting rid of anyone who was ever a part of it only to reveal that he was Hydra. Like in what world does this make sense???

It was a genius move by marvel. Make a huge plot twist and everyone is talking about it, and buying it.

Instead of buying the issue, people are instead donating the same amount to the Holocaust Memorial Museum. They got so much cash, the Museum thanked Marvel in the #SayNoToHYDRACap tag for the huge amounts of donations they received. I have no clue how they are profiting from this, if they even are.
