Not necessarily, its actually not mych of a risk if its one generation. It when a family interbreed for multiple generations *cough*Tudors*cough* that mutations and genetic disorders become exponentially more likely. I think the biggest problem for her will be emotional and social stigma if her identify is revealed

As far as I know the Tudors weren't inbred...The Spanish Royal Family however was severely inbred.
