Fire IS a genuine plasma (not the most highly ionized plasma, but genuine nonetheless).

If we're going to consider non-classical states of matter like Bose-Einstein condensate, then don't forget glass, quantum spin liquids, superfluids, liquid crystal, microphase separated copolymers, Fermionic condensate, Rydberg molecules, color-glass condensate, quark-gluon plasma, electron-degenerate matter, neutron-degenerate matter, strange matter, dark matter, etc...

Don't forget Proton, Quark and hypothetical Preon degenerate matter. A Singularity is also consitered to be a state of matter and is listed among them.

I never considered fire a plasma, I had no idea what to classify it as... This makes so much sense though
