When bands say they're touring "Europe"

But are those cities not in Europe?

Those countries are, but I think they're saying that bands always go to just those places, not the rest of 50 or so countries in Europe.

A lot of bands do tour Scandinavia though

If they're doing a UK tour, it annoys me if they miss out Wales. We're not that far away from England, just pop on the motorway...
