These dogs are amazing. They can smell when your blood sugar gets to high or too low. They usually have a different signal for each one. One saved a child recently. It woke the family up in the middle of the night when the child's sugar dropped really low.

I don't think you're allowed to pet service dogs as it distracts them from their job. Which sucks as theY'RE SO FRICKIN CUTE!!!!!!

It isn't telling the kid about hunger. It is telling the kid that blood glucose levels are high or low. It also has nothing to do with food allergies, as you seem to be applying.
