Fast food jobs weren't created to take care of an entire family. It was for young kids to get some money while in high school. No one can live off minimum wage and now that there are no jobs available for kids coming out of college they all want $15 to flip burgers. That's not realistic. Small businesses are going to have to close because they won't be able to afford $15 minimum wage. It's insane
Explain how someone who grew up in a poor community, with no connections and a poor education, will be able to get a job outside of a minimum wage job, huh? Please enlighten me
Nots, stop being such an entitled prick and actually make something for yourself. You shouldn't be allowed to be making enough money to provide for a 4 person family by pouring fries into a damn cardboard cup. Learn a skill and get good at it. Just because your parents were shit at providing a stable future doesn't mean we have to guarantee equal outcome. We can, however, guarantee equal opportunity. You have every chance in life to make the grade, get noticed, and go to college.
Guest, you are actually, 100%, totally , not true! Somebody who has rich parents, goes to a great private school, and can pay for an elite college (tries hard) will definitely do better than someone who goes to an inner city school with under qualified teachers, and little to no money to get into a good college, and has to go to a community college. Someone may also have a permanent disability. "Equal Oppurtunity" is a myth impossible in our society.
That was me btw i forgot to sign in. Also, I've already stated that 15 is too high. Make it like 10, and It'll be fine. This gives you about 20k yearly
Either the customer was being a total jerk and those on line heard and decided to take action into their hands, the one slapping the cheese on the filet was new on line and assumed "on the side" was literally on the side of the filet, OR it was just an honest mistake from having to assmble so many burgers at a time and the cook just closed the box before putting the cheese in, which is most likely what happened. It happens and I know because I've done similar mistakes before. It's just an error in the autopilot mode you're in, not because we're lacking, incapable or stupid.
1. Where is the correct place to put "cheese on the side"?
2. Why would one order that?!
OHHHHHHHHjk
