I'm not from Denmark so rather than excoriate your laws and justice system I will respectfully thank you for informing me about this and keep my opinions to myself.

Not being from somewhere doesn't mean your opinion is not as valid. You can critique yours or other's laws if you think the facts add to your point.
(streching for the sake of the argument)
So in arabic countries where women are being beaten to death, we should let them live like that? Or protest against it?
Ninja please. (miss you Shawn and Gus). Those that practice Sharia law believe it is ok to beat their wives because they are a possession and not a human with individual rights. Sharia law also requires that the homosexual population be executed. They believe they are the only ones that are right. Now, do you think that those from another nation that practices Sharia law have the right to condemn our lifestyles and influence our lives? Or are you naive enough to think that you alone are in the right and can reason with them on their turf and convince them that 2000 years of tradition and teaching is wrong? Do you know why so many foreigners hate Anericans? Because we cannot butt out and have to play Team America World Police.

Of course, no one has the absolute truth to impose others.
But aside from that, you can always argue using facts and reason. It's then when if someone says "i just don't like it so leave me" or "it doesn't affect you so you have no voice here" they are just being stubborn.
I see it like this. I have many opinions and will share them often and loudly, however you will rarely see me call for foreign nations to change their customs, traditions and laws to suit me, because they don't affect me. I am annoyed when EUers and Aussies get all riled up and criticize many things American. We do not live under one world rule. We are free to do as we wish and they are free to do the same. It would be foolish for me to expect them to do it our way, and when they loudly yell that we must do as they have done they display a huge lack of tolerance and respect, the same tolerance and respect they demand of me. I have probably posted over 2 or 3000 comments on this site and I rarely call for foreigners to acquiesce to my demands and spend more time asking most to just leave the rest of us the hell alone.

The film industry is a multibillion dollar industry. Look at any superhero movie and tell me Hollywood is losing a substantial amount of money from piracy. I would be more supportive of things like this if the creators were actually noticeably suffering from it, but the vast majority of consumers would rather pay money for the creator's work instead. Look at this man, he is a threat to no one. If you're going to punish him, fine, but this seems too harsh.
And the period in which he wasn't allowed to read was in solitary confinement in the days leading up to his trial. The stuff he hacked was pretty bloody illegal. (he has since been released)

And mass murdering is not illegal?
Like, i really don't see your point here
Svartholm is an international criminal (at least as far as piracy laws go), while Breijvik is "local". Don't think that politics wasn't involved in his sentence.
