If you want to get really technical, the shorter glass would have more water unless every drop had made it into the taller glass when the water was poured

Technically, neither had the same amount to begin with because you'd have to have the same amount of moleules in each, and each has to be pure water. Even then, if you had pure water of the same amount of molecules, you wouldn't be able to keep them that way for more than an instant because the different amount of energy in the room would allow one to evaporate faster than the other.

This is a test for asessing the Theory Of Mind, for all you who dont know. Theory of Mind developes around the age of 5. It is a natural process of the development of consciousness about what other people know and what you know and stuff like optical illusions and consistency of matter. It isn't dumb at all. Google it.
