For a long time now, Jared has had depression & anxiety. He felt that he's not worth it and he is not enough. Yesterday he introduced another campaign that means a lot to him, something close to his heart and it's called "I am enough".
It's for the spn family and others who are fighting everyday, to become better and feel like they are worth it. His other campaigns are "Love yourself first" and "Always keep fighting" and he encourages people to keep fighting and love themselves because they're not alone. I am so proud of him.
Oh, ok, I didn't know that, he always seemed so cheery. Shows again that you can't always see if someone struggles with depression/anxiety. His campaigns sound awesome.
Enough for life. Enough to be happy. Enough to love and be loved. Enough to deserve things you think you might now. Enough to make a difference, however small or large. Enough to just keep fighting your inner demons and things that hold you back from living life to the fullest
That seems like stuff that some people might not be enough for.

This Moose means so much to me. I struggled with depression and thanks to this man and the show I am still here. My family doesn't know this and they just see it as an unhealthy addiction but they really saved my life and they never cease to make me smile. Thank you supernatural.
