I hate that. It makes me feel so ashamed. But then when I am talking english and realize I don't know some words and just use my native language, makes me feel better.
Lesson learnt: do not ever tell your parents.
Unless you want to be lectured about your heritage.

My English is so good, it IS my native language.
Of course, that doesn't mean I don't forget words from time to time...
What does ubiquitous mean again?
"all over the place". But I'm cheating, I'm French, and French is Latin, and I took Latin in high school, so it's as obvious to me as 1+1. English is probably tougher for English speakers than it is for native 'frenchers'. Is that English word three syllables or more? Then it's french.
