It would be physically possible as we have the tech to grow plants without actual sunlight and according to Newtons Laws we can create a gravity of sorts by causing objects to rotate on a certain axis depending on the shape while forcing them to remain in the same place at all times, we just don't have the money to create it, that's the gist of it, but I'm not very good at explaining it, if anyone can do it better please do
"without actual sunlight": the walls are partly transparent and you can see Earth nearby, so it's got plenty of sunlight.
As for centrifugation as a substitute for gravity, it had its limits, but it's good enough for plants which don't move.
I didn't see the earth until you pointed It out, and the centrifugation as a substitute of gravity is very much of an unknown right now, it is known that it can and should work, but we haven't gotten many opportunities to test it, so we don't yet know its limits
