My mom actually had left a gas can in her car when she was going to get it washed. They have those gigantic industrial dryers and she didn't know if they would explode.
kinda scary actually
I can't recall the last time I even heard of an engine fire. Brakes, ignition switches, maybe gas tanks, but engines? Nah. Our cars kill you in much more creative ways!
I live in southern California and I can't tell you how many engine-area fires I've seen, maybe one every other month. I say engine-area because who knows what's burning under there.
Really? Huh, maybe people in my neck of the woods just know how to maintain their cars? Car fires around here are usually from accidents. I dunno, maybe it's a worthwhile invention after all.
don't be sad
