how do you know if he got it from having unprotected sex? he could have caught it in a hospital during blood transfusion or something. And JB he could have been an invitro kid. you seriously know nothing.

Literally everyone knows that Justin was the product of a teenage pregnancy. And Freddie Mercury couldn't have gotten aids through a blood transfusion. People with aids can't donate blood.
