There's a lot of charities that don't actually do things with their donations.

Thats because a lot of charities aren't fund raising charities, they're " awareness " charities. Though they don't really advertise that bit, so most of the money is going to the higher ups, with a small amount to workers and a smaller to actually raising awareness

A lot of charities only use about 5% of donated money on whatever they're supposed to use it for.

When ever a friend says "Let's start a business and get rich" I tell them it would be easier to start a charity and get rich. Let's face it, when the people running Red Cross, PETA and Green Peace make more more than the President of the United States, something is wrong.
