I feel sorry for the next who left the windows down in the car

You can literally be 2 blocks away and not get a single drop of rain...or you get flooded, or both since its a valley and the water moves downward fast.

I have a picture that I took of the monsoon from the Eiffel Tower that is exactly like that!

Silly Vegas, you're a desert, not a tropical forest. :p
