Yesterday I saw a guy with a wifi symbol tattoo and I saw another guy with a handicap symbol tattoo. I do not know their reasoning

It's for the same reason that some people get "wisdom" (deep fried tofu) tattooed on their ankle in Japanese or Chinese. It looks cool, sort of.

I've a relative with diabeetus, he has the medic-alert diabetes thing tattooed an his arm. I've another relative that is a bit of a jackass and he has "DNR" tattooed on his chest.
