Well, it's a war-stricken area and soldiers are using their downtime to help the kids take their minds off all the strife. Of course they would have to keep their weapons in close proximity in case of an unexpected situation.

Well, the israeli troops do a little more than playing with children over there. This meme is kind of suggesting that all media reports on the israeli army are biased against them. Which is actually not true.

Maybe in the arab speaking world. Western mainstream media has a _lot_ of patience and understanding with/for the israeli government and army. For example, you hardly EVER read anything on israeli citizens protesting against their governments palestine policy and/or the israeli army.
