Tying someone to it and then rolling them down a gradual incline that has a blade sticking up out of it so the get sliced up and then have it get progressively bigger as the hill goes down so the end up being cut in two?

If youre going to build a tree house this big you might as well just build a house, otherwise, this just looks like a house built in a poor location.
