Queso is cheese, so I'm thinking it's similar to cheese cake?

In other countries, it is a cheese based dish. But in Venezuela, it does not contain cheese, and I do believe it is only called so because of the holes in it and the color.

Its leche azada( baked milk). Verry easy to make. Eggs milk and sugar!
