My parents made an email account for me when I was born. That makes sense because email account names can be taken and you gotta start early unless you want to end up with "JohnSmith4848X8301!€@gmail.com" or something. Facebook, though, I don't get.
Ewqua, that's understandable but they're talking about the people that post 'as their baby', like, "Just had an awesome #breastfeed!" Or "My mommy's the best!" Or "I woke up grumpy. #wokeuplikethis" and all that gross shit.
Neither the post nor the comments really say these people post as the baby though. It may happen but nobody mentioned it here, in fact the post is talking about gmail which as I explained is totally okay. But like, parents might get their baby a fb account and just post photos of the baby to see them growing up. I'm guessing that they want to imitate a photo book but the problem is it will probably ruin the child's social life because everybody will see the photos later.
It is so that they can make accounts for their kids and send them messages and videos cataloging their life so that they can see it all when they grow up and are given access to the account.
