There's two versions of "red wings" one is going down on a woman during her period. The other is just sex with a woman while she's on her period. Either way, a lot of women like sex during periods but a lot of guys don't, as they consider it to be "gross". Their loss. Just saying.

Oftentimes, when you pleasure your ladyfriend while she's on her period, her blood can leave a pattern to either side of your junk that resembles wings.

I've never given oral while my ex was on her period. That just seems unsanitary. Unless you're one of those guys that just barely touches the tip of their tongue here and there and calls it oral. Some of us like to roll up our sleeves and get a little messy, though.
