Plastic surgery in the future

Besides the actual puppy thing, the reason people look better with the filter is because it slims your lower cheek/ jaw area and covers your nose. So she could just ask for a nose job and a lower cheek/jaw slimming thing

I personally like the fact that the dog filter makes my skin look clear. the nose & ears are a little dorky though
