Yea, and after that parents love their children according to their califications, the scores are publicly announced and the school becomes a psychological torture for them since they spend most of their time in class, clubs and support classes. This creates a society where only those who obtain good califications are valuable, the rest is scrub.
That is the way they do it in Japan.
