I'm an E and I just pull a pillow under my stomach so boobs don't get crushed

I have to have a really firm pillow. My shoulders and upper chest are on my pillow with my DDs on the mattress. I also sleep in a bra.

The only position for me that's comfortable is face down and I'm a D cup. My chiropractor always gets mad at me though, because it messes up my alignment.
