As a western New York native I see the top one for the first snow each fall and the bottom one for the rest of the season.

As a Canadian, I see the top one on November to December, and then the other four or so months all I see is that crap on the bottom

As a Texan, we see the top one at nights, the bottom not so much since it all melts or everything is frozen, not snow.
