I'm pretty e there's ways to handle them like running you hands under cold water cause not only are you hot the salt and toxins on your skin can hurt them, just reaching out and touching them I'm sure is a big no no

If that bad, why are we taught that it's ok to handle frogs as children? (Seriously asking, I don't wanna cause fights or hurt any animals)

Aren't you monitored as kids? Are you not told to clean your hands before and after if not that's pure ignorance on the teachers part! Mind you I only know this because I'm doing a degree on reptile and amphibian welfare and even I'm not sure!
But handling a frog without rinsing your hands exposes it to salt and toxins that will hurt it!
