Prewarding myself

Not the best place to ask, regarding the fact that many of us come here to procrastinate

I've got a great solution to that. Remind me to tell you later.

Skip the preward, and have someone else hold you reward until you are finished with what you're supposed to be doing. "Mom, this is my candy bar for when I finish my paper, do not give it to me until my paper is printed and in my folder" or something. Or something to that effect at least. Turn off the TV and the phone (unless used for music)...
