Is this canon? Like are the river trio actually "mews"?

Future humans finding this and believing it is what we thought

For those confused- most of this is not cannon. However, there is no full explanation of the Pokemon world. One of the major flaws in this brilliant piece is the lack of mention of the Unknown, being they overall 2nd only to arceus (sorry for misspelling) for both importance and collective power- even then, the combined power of all unknown is at a minimum equivalent if not superior to arceus.
