This makes no sense. If I can't speak French, and the other person can only speak English as well, but he's fucking terrible at it, I can't criticize him?

Of course you can, but if they have a different native language and they're not very good at English, which is their second language, then it could be considered a dick move. Personally, I like when people criticise my English, as it improves my speaking and writing abilities.

Obviously if someone is from Russia they're not going to be the best at English, but if they have been living in America/England/Australia/other countries I've forgotten for years, they should know at least basic spelling and grammar

Even if you do speak two languages fluently you shouldnt be an asshole about it. Although if someone is speaking English as the it fist language and its broken then that deserves to be critisized

You could speak fluently every language in the world and making fun of someone who's only trying to learn would still make you a douchebag.... But those who can't speak other language apart from their own and make fun of someone who is trying to learn are a special kind of idiotic douchebag

At least they're trying. Most american tourists try to yell the same phrase in English at a higher volume with more intonation to try and get them to understand.

When I was studying in England, the school from my last upload, people mocked me my English, I know it was a joke but it got annoying at some points. Most of them thought they spoke French or Spanish, which they didn't
