I feel like most teenage guys (myself included) would talk about it with each other and then everyone would and then it would become a meme. You could think of it as the same as the "Lemon stealing whores" meme.

I love the idea, but I feel like a more widely applicable and more targeted reference would be funnier. Like maybe during the moaning and heavy breathing you splice in a screaming goat or something.
